Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email with your order details.
Non-Returnable Items
Customised or personalised jewellery pieces cannot be returned unless they are defective.
